Dragonwell 龍井

Longjing is a renowned  green tea from Zhejiang Province, China. This tea is harvested before the Qingming Festival, resulting in a delicate aroma reminiscent of beans, a fresh and tender taste, and a clean high fragrance. It’s refreshing, sweet, and mellow flavor, along with its delicate leaves at the bottom of the cup. 
The timing and yield of Longjing's harvest significantly influence its value. Tea harvested during the bud stage before the Qingming Festival is commonly known as Pre-Qingming Longjing. Due to the generally low temperatures before Qingming, the quantity of tea buds is limited, and their growth rate is slow. As a result, the yield meeting harvesting standards is minimal, leading to the saying, "Pre-Qingming tea is as precious as gold.
