Is there any sales tax?

 

For tea leaves, there is no sales tax; tea ware and other merchandise include sales tax in the price.

Shipping is FREE for orders over $75.00 inside the U.S.

For orders under $75.00, shipping is a flat rate of $8.95

What is your return policy?

                        

We want to ensure that you enjoy your purchase. For items purchased within 15 days of receipt, we will gladly give you store credit at the full value; unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of shipping the item back to us.  In addition,  we are not able to accept returns of tea leaves.

收到商品十五天內，可全額兌換本店等值產品，恕無法支付商品寄回本店之郵寄費用，另外，我們無法接受茶葉退還，敬請見諒。

PLEASE NOTE: If you return your product for any other reason other than damage or company error, we will gladly assist you with refund for these items less a 20% disposal fee. Store credit at the full value is also an option. No refund will be made for shipping charges.
